I let my self go. At Homecomming I was thinner, and people noticed. I had compliment after compliment and I thought I looked lovely. But I still wasn’t skinny. I lost 15 pounds but I was ready to keep going. But then I lost control and I have literally just eaten everything in my path. Binge purge binge purge binge purge. I honestly feel gross. There is not a better word. And now that I do track, where I burn over 400 calories a practice I have no reason not to get in shape again. Starting tomorrow, I’m arranging a play date with Ana and we are going to get our friendship moving again. I’m sick of being huge. Even my biggest jean shorts don’t fit.
